“ Charlie wasn’t only a dispatcher he was a friend. He always made us laugh. I always enjoyed sharing our weekend photos with him of the things we did . We always would share fishing stories too. My heart is broken that we lost our friend. We loved Charlie. He will definitely be missed by us. Memories will last forever.
