“ Mr. Virgil, was a great person to be around and funny. He was full if humor and jokes. Mr. Virgil was my pee wee basketball coach in like the 5th grade at West Lincoln. He really took his time with us and made it fun for every child on his team. Mr. Virgil will be missed!! I will keep the family in my prayers.
