“ Kim I know that it has been a while but we never forgot the time that yawl came meet us at Percy Quinn State Park. We had a great time that day. I truly don't have the words as Randy was such a Humble person. He was a great colleague to have by my side and a true friend. I'm so saddened for your loss.
