Uncle Hoover and Uncle Roffie always helped my mother out when she was building her new house or remodeling her old house, along with her brother, Julius. We were such a close family growing up with Easter, Christmas, and Sunday dinners at one of the 7 out of 9 siblings place. Our family gatherings were epic with Roffie and Opal putting it all together. Sweet Connie was just as precious as her mother, Aunt Mildred, and fierce as her daddy when needed. She is loved and will be missed. ”
