Services for Mr. Marvin L. Falvey will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at 11:00am at Riverwood Family with interment at New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Friday Evening, at Riverwood Family, on July 28, 2017 from 5:00-8:00pm and will resume Saturday morning from 10:00am until service time.
Marvin L. Falvey, 78, of Brookhaven, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 22, 2017. He was born on May 4, 1939
to Thomas Emmitt Falvey and Ada Belle Kimble Falvey.
Mr. Falvey was a retired serviceman of Entergy and was a member of Pleasant Ridge Pentecostal Church.
Preceding him in death was his parents; son, Reginald Falvey; brothers, Charles Falvey, Ray Falvey, Nolan Falvey and Randolph Falvey;
sisters-in-law, Daisy May Falvey and Imogene Falvey.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Kenneth Jackson and wife Penny; brother, Doug Falvey and wife Nancy; sister, Vickie Douchard;
along with two grandchildren, Lauren Priest and Kendra Jackson. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, numerous other family relatives,
nieces and nephews and a very special friend, Charlene Lambert and her children, John Lambert and Gwen Brister.
The family would like to thank Mrs. Loretta Prather and her family for being wonderful caregivers and family for Mr. Marvin.
