“ Ken and I worked together with Lafayette for a few years. I was lucky enough to meet his two oldest daughters. We continued to communicate thru the years and I can without a doubt tell you girls that your Dad was so proud of you. Ken told me in November that he was thankful to Jesus for what was at that time a short remission in the cancer. I talked with him again in December when he had some family Christmas pictures on Facebook. He said it was a good day. Ken was a good man, a proud father and my friend. ”
