Funeral service for Mrs. Mary Yvonne Wallace will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 26, at Riverwood Family, with interment

in Montgomery Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 p.m. until the time of service.

Mrs. Wallace, 94, of Brookhaven, passed from this life April 25, 2022. She was born in Norfield, MS, January 2, 1928. Mrs. Wallace

was employed for many years with Lofton’s Department Store. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Brookhaven, she

will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Irven Wallace; son, Donald Keith Wallace; her parents, Hollis and Effie Reeves;

and brothers, Merlon Reeves and Cecil Reeves.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Irven Randall Wallace (Jenny); six grandchildren, Brooks Wallace (Susan),

Blake Wallace (Allison), Erica Simmons (Blake), Whitney Holmes (Ryan), Allyson Smith (Michael), Taylor Wallace (Kelly);

19 great grandchildren, and a host of other loving family members and friends.

The family of Mrs. Wallace would like to extend a special thanks to the Beehive Homes of Brookhaven Staff and Enhabit Hospice Staff.

Graveside service for Mr. Carol Nolan Smith, Jr. will be 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 26, at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Smith, 71, of Brookhaven, passed from this life April 21, 2022, at Silver Cross Nursing Home. He was born in Brookhaven October 5, 1950, to Carol Nolan Smith, Sr. and Dezzie Ard Smith. He was retired from Lincoln County District 5 and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Mr. Smith enjoyed a good coon hunt with friends, and you were always welcome to a friendly conversation over a cup of coffee. He was also a member of the American Legion and was very interested in the affairs of his country and community.

Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Case Smith and his parents.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Trey Smith (Emily); daughter, Tillie Foster (Stacey); brother, Tim Smith; sister, Cherri Case; five grandchildren, Hunter Foster, Kaylie Foster, Lane Smith, Kelsie Foster, and Lilli Smith. He is also survived by a host of other loving family members and friends.

Funeral service for Mr. Walter Daniel “Danny” Robinson will be 11 a.m., Thursday, April 21, at First United Methodist Church with a 2 p.m.

burial in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Ellisville, MS. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Danny was born May 2, 1948, in Ellisville, MS, to Paul Dan Robinson and Elizabeth Smith Robinson. He grew up in Ellisville and graduated

from South Jones High School in 1966 and from Delta State University, majoring in music, in 1970.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Max Richard Robinson; and two brothers-in-law, Denton Lotz of Cape Cod, MA and

Alton Nowell of Laurel, MS.

He leaves behind his wife of 27 years, Glenda Ferrell Robinson; her children, whom he called his own, Trey Norton (Roxanne), and Susan Norton,

all of Brookhaven, MS; two precious granddaughters, Carolyn Yester (Alan) of Birmingham, AL and Lisa Alexander, of Brookhaven, MS; and

two sisters, Janice Lotz of Cape Cod, MA and Martha Nowell of Laurel, MS; as well as a host of nieces and nephews who dearly loved their “Uncle D”.

Danny was a member of the Hattiesburg Concert Band where he played a mean trombone. He was also a charter member of the Lincoln County Choral Society

and made his debut with them at Carnegie Hall, New York, in January 2016.

Danny shared his lifelong love of music with all who knew him. He was a former member of First Presbyterian Church and with

The Usual Players Brookhaven Little Theatre. He was a faithful choir member, hand bell ringer, and supporter of First United Methodist Church.

Danny was retired from the Social Security Administration and Harrigill Funeral Home. At the time of his death, he was a joyfully employed

part time office assistant for Shelley Harrigill at Brookhaven Law.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him, including his sweet pets, Sandy, Cissi, and Snow.

Memorials may be sent to First United Methodist Church, Brookhaven, Blessings in a Backpack in care of FUMC, or Brookhaven Animal Rescue League.

The family is grateful for all the love and support they have received from friends and community.

Funeral service for Mr. Joe Edward Jordan will be Noon Wednesday, April 20, at Riverwood Family, with interment in Riverwood Memorial Park. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.

Mr. Jordan, 87, of Wesson, passed away April 17, 2022. He was born in Hollansdale, MS July 23, 1934. He was a master plumber and was retired from Local 198 Pipefitters and Steamfitters in Baton Rouge, LA. Mr. Jordan served his country in the United States Army, and he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Eddie Ulmer Jordan and Mae Scaggs Jordan; daughter, Kathy Jordan; sisters, Geneva Hux, Hattie Mae Jordan, Irene Boswell, Lore Dell Keen, Earline Sharon and Thelma Delaughter; brothers, James Jordan, Elmer Jordan, and half-brother, Johnny Jordan.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 40 years, Betty Jordan; sons, Eddie Jordan (Vicki), Johnny Jordan, Mark Jordan, Brian Jordan (Bekki); and 4 stepchildren; 13 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and other loving family members and friends.

Mr. Nicholas Mario Marshall III, 26, of Bogue Chitto, MS, passed from this life April 15, 2022. He was born in Berkley, California, February 1, 1996,

to Nicholas Mario Marshall, Jr. and Sandra Louise Mitchell.

He is preceded in death by his father; his grandfather, Samuel W. smith, Sr.; and cousin, Arabella Marie Thomas.

He is survived by his mother; grandparents, Barbara Smith and Diana and Steve Hahn; aunt, Anna Thomas and husband, George; uncle, Samuel Smith, Jr.

and wife Starla; cousins, Matthew Thomas, Drew Cutrer, Clay Cutrer, Steff Thomas, and Rachael Thomas. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

Services for Mrs. Vicki S. Hart of Bogue Chitto are 11:00 am Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at Bogue Chitto Baptist Church with burial at Twin Oaks Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am until the time of the service.

Mrs. Vicki S. Hart, 54, passed away on April 15, 2022, at her residence.

She was born on May 16, 1967, to the late Bill and Linda Ezell. She loved her grandchildren more than life itself,

along with her children. Vicki also loved the outdoors and flowers in the spring. She was a very good cook and enjoyed

taking care of her husband. She specially enjoyed planting flowers and taking walks with Ashton. He was the apple of her eye.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, William Kenner “Ken” Hart; son, Stevan Wicker and wife,

Ashley and daughter, Megan Ashtyn Foster and her three grandchildren, Ainsley Wicker, Callie Wicker and Ashton Lane Foster.

Along with other loving family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all that loved her.

Graveside service for Mrs. Barbara Ann Posey McGee will be 10 a.m., Friday, April 15, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is 5-7 p.m., Thursday, April 14, at Riverwood.

Mrs. McGee, 81, of Brookhaven, went home to be with the Lord April 13, 2022, from her home in Brookhaven. She was born in Brookhaven, July 30, 1940.

Mrs. McGee was retired from Deposit Guaranty Bank, where she worked as secretary. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, where she taught children’s Sunday School. Mrs. McGee enjoyed preparing delicious meals for her family, but she also found great pleasure in gardening. Her greatest love was for her family, especially those beautiful grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ealon McGee, Jr.; her parents, Hezekiah and Verdie Posey; and sister, Faye Harris.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her daughter, Tammy Buckley and husband, William; sister, Norine Fielder; two grandchildren, Jeremy Buckley and wife, Christina and Jonathan Buckley; and two great grandchildren, Bryce and Amelia Buckley. She is also survived by a host of other loving family members as well as her faith family at Pleasant Grove.

Funeral service for Alloyd Louella Pickens Leggett will be 1 p.m, Thursday, April, at Riverwood Family, with interment in the Union Hall Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is from Noon until the time of service.

Mrs. Leggett, 90, of Vivian, Louisiana, passed from this life April 11, 2022, at her residence. She was born in Wewoka, Oklahoma, May 23, 1931. She lived her life as a homemaker and a preacher’s wife. A homemaker is more than just a stay-at-home wife and mama, she is the heart home, keeping it together with love and grace. Mrs. Leggett will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Leggett; son, Billy Frank Leggett; parents, Roy and Hazel Pickens; and her brother, L.D. Pickens.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her daughters, Elaine Bounds and Eileen Isonhood; five grandchildren, Michelle Heflin, Eric Isonhood, Renee’ Patterson, Jaimie Reeves, and Malinda Neal. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, three great, great grandchildren, and a host of other loving family members and friends.

Funeral service for Christy Michelle O’Quinn Williamson will be 10 a.m., Saturday, April 16, at Riverwood Family,

with interment in Shelton Cemetery in Copiah County. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday.

Christy was born October 24, 1976, on a Sunday morning in Vicksburg, MS. She passed away April 10, 2022, on a Sunday morning.

She was 45 years old.

Christy is married to Trey Williamson and the mother of three boys, Caleb, Noah, and Britt, who are all her heart. She graduated from

Wesson Attendance Center; Copiah-Lincoln Community College; and the University of Southern Mississippi, with a degree in accounting.

Preceding her in death are her grandparents, James O’Quinn and Hascal Lowery.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents, Danny and Shirley O’Quinn; sons, Caleb, Noah and Britt Roberts; brother,

Chad O’Quinn and wife, Michelle; sisters, Jessica O’Quinn, and Desiree’ Hempen and husband, Lance; grandparents,

Mildred O’Quinn and Winnie Lowery. She is also survived by many family members and friends who loved her dearly.

We will always miss her beautiful smile, quick wit and her prissy little walk that only Christy could do. Our hearts will always

love and miss our daughter, sister, mother, wife, aunt, and friend.

Until we see you again, our sweet little “Christa Belle”.
