Mr. Michael Edward Barry, 47, passed away on December 15, 2020, at Baptist Hospital.
He was born on November 22, 1973. He was a member of Little Bahalia Baptist Church and was retired as a Registered Nurse.
Michael liked traveling, seeing different states, and enjoyed baseball, especially the Red Sox. He will be missed by all that loved and knew him.
Preceding him in death were his father, William Porter Barry, sister, Teresa Kennedy, grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. E.B. Lofton, and Mr. & Mrs. A.P. Barry.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Frances Ann Martin; brother, Lee Barry (Andrea); along with a host of nephews,
Cameron Barry (Leah), Ryan (Jordan) Kennedy, Christopher Kennedy, Brayden Mabry; nieces, Allyson Barry, Lauren Mabry
and great-nephew, John Preston Kennedy, and great-nieces, Josie Kennedy and Emersyn Ann Barry and numerous cousins and other relatives.

Graveside service for Mr. Floyd James “F.J.” Ratcliff, of Brookhaven are 2:00 pm,
Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at Mt. Olive Church of Christ Cemetery.
Mr. Floyd James “F.J.” Ratcliff, 84, went to be with his Lord on December 11, 2020
at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was born on September 10, 1936 to the late
Alex Ratcliff and Lula Dickey Ratcliff.
He served his country in the United States Air Force and was a member of Mt Zion
Church of Christ and of Jaycees. Mr. Ratcliff was retired as Supervisor for Armstrong Tire.
He will be missed by all that loved and knew him.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Liz Ratcliff; parents; sisters, Helen Ratcliff Allred,
Dorothy Mae Ratcliff Dixon; brothers, Andrew Monroe (A.M.) Ratcliff, and Alex (Junior) Ratcliff.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Brad Ratcliff and wife, Jan Bullock Ratcliff;
2 grandchildren, Samuel Ratcliff and wife, Brette, Susanna Ratcliff and fiancé Jesse Hedgepeth,
and great-granddaughter, Ruby June Ratcliff.
Michel “Mickey” Charles Brondum, Jr. SGM (R)
Michel “Mickey” Brondum, of Bogue Chitto, Mississippi, formerly of
St Bernard Parish, Louisiana, died at his residence, December 15, 2020. He
was born November 24, 1928, to Michel Charles Brondum, Sr. and Beatrice White Brondum.
He was retired from Louisiana National Guard. He was of the Catholic faith
and a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. He was a 4th Degree Knight’s
of Columbus, a member of several outstanding clubs including, Boy Scouts of
America as Advisor for Explorer Post 935, Southwest Gun Club, Mississippi
State Firearm Owners Staff (Rifle-Pistol), USA Shooting, American Camellia Society,
and Louisiana National Guard Enlisted Association.
Due to his love for the camellia, he has planted a large Memorial Camellia Garden in
honor of Gloria. They had started growing them in 1950 and was starting over again.
This will be garden number five, as Katrina destroyed garden number four, but God called Gloria home.
Preceding him in death are his parents; spouse, Gloria Mary Lambert Brondum; and son, Bruce Gerard Brondum.
Survivors are his daughter Lois Ann Brondum Cochrane; four grandchildren,
Michelle Marie Mortara, Bruce Gerard Mortara, Holly Ann Cochrane, and Adrien Laurence Cochrane;
and nine great grandchildren, Arianna Echar, Seth Bergeron, Rene Marchetta, Jasmine Mortara,
Ariel Mortara, Bruce Mortara, Jr., L.J. Halley, V, Emmah Pigrenet, and Raeleigh Deroche.
Mrs. Donna Faye Kimble, 60, of Hazlehurst, passed away on December 12, 2020, at her residence.
She was born on March 12, 1960, to the late J.C. Ingram and Billy Jean Ingram.
Mrs. Kimble was a homemaker and a retired truck driver. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Dewayne Kimble; son, Jeremy Cooley, and granddaughter, Meagan Bridges,
along with a niece, Connie Rutledgeand great-niece, Michaela Faye Tennyson,
and the family wishes to thank her caregiver, Toya Chante Smith, and to her neighbors who were there for her.
Sandra Faye Furr, 61 of Brookhaven, went to be with her Lord on December 10, 2020.
She was born on April 3, 1959, to Dan B.Furr, Jr and Barbara Lester Furr.
Ms. Furr was a member of Union Hall Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her father; brother, Randy Furr; maternal grandparents, Carmen and Lois Lester,
and paternal grandparents, Dan and Inez Furr, all of Brookhaven.
She is survived by her mother, Barbara Furr, and sister, Katrina Pickett.
She will be missed by all that loved and knew her.

Mrs. Jewel Irene Douglas Smith Meredith, 89, of Brookhaven, went to be with her Lord on December 8, 2020 at King’s Daughters Medical Center.
She was born on April 13, 1931. Mrs. Irene was the owner of Judy’s Shoes in Brookhaven since it opened in 1973. She loved her family,
her store, flowers and riding her golf cart. She also loved her church family at Wellman Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Jewel and Hollis Douglas; husbands, Thomas Harold Smith and Joseph “Jay” Meredith; sons,
Thomas “Tommy” Harold Smith, Jr., and Donald Earl Smith; two grandsons, Daniel Lofton and Danny Earl Smith; granddaughter,
Hannah Hart Smith; one great-granddaughter, Emory Rose Smith, and brother, Bobby Douglas.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Rodney Glenn Smith and wife Rosemary; daughter, Judy Irene Smith Lofton and daughter-in-law, Debbie Smith.
She is also survived by her brothers, Richard Earl Douglas and wife, Bettye, Connie Mack Douglas and wife, Charleen, both of
Brookhaven, and sisters, Libby Holmes, of Madison, and Betty Joyce Byrd and husband, Jerry, and Reba Grace Roberts and husband,
Glen, of Brookhaven. Along with 6 grandchildren, Dusty Smith, Toby Smith, Chad Lofton, Sawyer Smith, Bridgette Wheatly and Jessica Hyde, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Helen Evonne Lofton Ratcliff, 89, went to be with her Lord on December 8, 2020.
She was born on August 15, 1931, to the late Joe Lofton and Estelle King Lofton.
She was a homemaker and a member of Morgantown Baptist Church in Natchez
, involved in various church ministries. For many years she served a volunteer at the hospital in Natchez.
Mrs. Ratcliff will be missed by all that loved and knew her.
Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Estus Lofton; step-mother, Margie Smith,
step-father, Willard Smith and step-brother, Dannie Willard Smith.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 70 years, John P. Ratcliff; son, John P. Ratcliff, II of Monticello;
daughter, Lisa McGehee, and husband, Bill of Brookhaven; brothers, Randall Lofton, and wife, Patricia; step-brother, Stan James Smith, all of Brookhaven.

Mr. Elton Wayne McInnis, 87, went to be with the Lord on December 8, 2020, at his residence.
He was born on May 31, 1933, to the late Willie Jenner McInnis and Lillie Mae Tarbutton McInnis.
Mr. McInnis was a retired automobile mechanic and enjoyed golfing and gardening.
He also served his country in the United States Army and was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents; wife, Emma Lou McCray McInnis, and brothers, Alton Lee McInnis,
William Jenner McInnis, Roger Dale McInnis, and Rev. Glenn McInnis.

at Roberts Memorial Cemetery in Lawrence County.
Mrs. Martha Reans O’Neal, 66, went to be with her Lord on December 2, 2020.
She was born on July 3, 1954 to the late Vernon Reans and Ruth Bailey Reans.
Mrs. O’Neal was a member of Topeka Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school for many years.
Also she was retired from Topeka Tilton Attendance Center where she was a teacher for 34 years.
Preceding her in death were her parents. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jimmy O’Neal;
sons, Jason O’Neal and wife, Rachel and Tyler O’Neal and wife Leslie; brother, Mike Reans and wife, Beverly and sister, Marilyn Pang.
She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, Cooper, Casen, Callen, Cohen and Finn O’Neal.
