“ No, genealogical records do not authenticate any family connection, but yet for many years I’ve called him “Uncle Archie.” To say he had a zest for life is actually an understatement. This man’s personality was enviable. I’ve never met anyone from Franklin County, MS who didn’t know him. He’s helped countless people.
His love for me and my family was readily apparent and unconditional. This love only intensified after Karen’s death in 2003. While I’m deeply saddened by his departure from this life, I find solace in the promise that we will be see him again in the day of the resurrection! “Aunt Margie,” Jason, and Rachel, thanks for sharing this wonderful man with us.
