Judy W. McCullough

The funeral service for Judy W. McCullough will be 2 p.m., Thursday, October 3, at Riverwood Family with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation is from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, October 2, at Riverwood and will resume Thursday afternoon from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.

Mrs. McCullough, 73, of Wesson, MS, died September 30, 2024, at Trend Health and Rehab of Brookhaven. She was born in Brookhaven, October 29, 1950, to Walter Lee Williamson and Sylvia Williamson. She worked for many years for Auburn Sportwear. Mrs. McCullough served the Lord with her faith family at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She was a member of The Eastern Star. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and enjoyed every visit with her family. She enjoyed cooking delicious meals and sharing them. She also liked to travel. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, LeRoy Williamson and James Frank Williamson; sister, Diane Greer; father-in-law, Lawrence McCullough; and brothers-in-law, Harold Moak, Stanley Greer, Reggie McCullough.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, James Daniel McCullough; children, Chad McCullough (Erin Moak) and LeAnn Boyte (Greg); daughter-in-law, Kellie McCullough; brother, Nolan Earl Williamson (Karen); sisters, Louise Moak and Betty McDavid (Lafayette); mother-in-law, Nellie Ruth McCullough; sister-in-law, Jackie McCullough; brother-in-law, Donald McCullough; and seven grandchildren, Daniel Scott McCullough, Taylor Leigh McCullough, (Cody Golmon), Emma Grace Price, Katelyn Carol McCullough, Mia Moak, Emma Grace Bryant. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.

The McCullough family would like to thank St. Dominics & staff, Trend Health & Rehab and Gentiva Hospice for their excellent care of Mrs. Judy.
