Jeffrey Charles Goodliffe

Jeffrey Charles Goodliffe, 67 of Brookhaven, MS passed away September 19, 2020,

at Kings Daughters Medical Center. He was born in September of 1953, in New Orleans LA.

Jeffrey was a free spirit and couldn’t stand being in one place for too long.

You never knew he might pack up one morning and be gone for months to avoid the cold or just because he felt like it.

Not only did he love to travel and see the world, he enjoyed playing guitar and singing for others.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Audry Rose Welker, his father, and his brother Robert (Ricky) Goodliffe

and survived by his daughter, Lindsey Rachelle Goodliffe, and three grandchildren, Aaliyah, Sofia and Willie.

He is also survived by his sister Gwendolyn and brother Douglas.

Because Jeffrey loved to travel, his daughter will spread his ashes at a later date at different places

he loved spending time and that they shared memories over the years.

    I am so sad to find Jeff here, I met Jeff when he came to Natchez after Katrina. I played many gig with Jeff. Some just he and I. We were guitar buddies. He loved his Beatles Guitar and his Telecaster B Bender guitar. We played The Traveling Wilbury's, George Harrison, The Beatles He loved the Blues. Those little digital badges that he sold, I still have some, lol. He was my dear Friend and I loved him like a Big Brother. He was hard core. I last saw Jeff in July 2020. At the RV store outside of Brookhaven. When I tried to check in on him I couldn't find him. Now I know why...
    I will be praying for Jeff and his Daughter Lindsey and his Grandchildren
