We had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Mr.Henry through the ILR at Co-Lin. He was a true southern gentleman. We also had so much respect for him with his military service. He was our American hero. It was always a privilege to get a phone call, card, or visit from Mr.Henry. We will dearly miss our friend. Our ILR meetings will not be the same without him. Our love and sympathy is extended to his family. On our ILR bus trips, he loved to tell us stories about his family. Christmas will not be the same without our delicious fruitcake and sharing a piece with Mr.Henry. We love you our friend and will surely see you again one day.

A kind, forgiving, considerate, loving, patient, reassuring, empathetic, sensitive gentleman with a contagious smile. And the best homemade peach ice cream ever! That’s how we will always remember Papaw Henry. I pray we all find comfort in the wonderful memories we have of our times together.❤️?
