The funeral service for Tony Louis Stuart will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 18, 2024, at Riverwood Family. The visitation will 9:00-11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 18, 2024, at Riverwood Family.

Tony Louis Stuart, 77, of Wesson, MS, passed away on January 15, 2025, at St. Dominic’s Hospital. He was born on August 23, 1947, to Hubert Denon Stuart, Sr. and Lucille Nettles Stuart.

Mr. Stuart served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ralph Stuart.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 59 years, Glenda Stuart; children, Ricky Stuart (Debbie) and Danny Stuart (Lindsay); brother, Sonny Stuart; sisters, June McClelland and Janice Hammons; and two grandchildren, Taylor Stuart and Reagan Stuart.

    Tony Stuart was one of the best men I’ve ever known. He is certainly the best Chief of Police I ever worked for. It was an honor to work for him, he made an impact on many lives. My condolences and prayers are with his family and friends.
